Rules for purchase
To purchase our lovely products, we require that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to correct errors that could occur with our prices and availability. Gift vouchers and other spontaneous promotions cannot be combined with promotional items or reduced items. Furthermore, gift vouchers and other spontaneous promotions cannot be combined to achieve a combined discount. All prices at The Youngsters are in Swedish Kroners and include Swedish VAT 25%.
Sale Items | Sales
All our discounts (including but not limited to sales via our newsletters and Facebook or sales directly on the website) are valid for a specific time period and we cannot honor discounts for orders placed prior to the sale, nor do we take rain checks. Please be aware, that items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. So please choose carefully. Of course if the product is faulty we will replace it, or refund your money if the product is out of stock.
Out of stock
When an item is Out of stock, a pop up will ask you if you want to be informed when we will have the product in stock again. Here you simply have to leave your e-mail address.
All purchases made at www.theyoungsters.se of 600 SEK and above are shipped within Sweden for free. For orders under that amount, we take a fixed price of 50 SEK for shipping. Your purchases will be packaged carefully and beautifully. We take pride in every aspect of our business and make sure to deliver quality throughout your entire shopping experience.
Approximate delivery time
Sweden: 2-3 working days
The above times are to be used as general guidelines only; deliveries can occasionally take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or national holidays. On the bright side, it could also be shorter depending on where you are in the world! If you need a more specific timeline please contact us and we will do our very best to help you.
When you submit your order we will e-mail you a preliminary order confirmation. When your order has been packed and sent to you, you will receive a second e-mail with the final order confirmation. You can also look at your member page for information about your order.
Please note that our shipping policies have changed for this fall. Starting from the 11 of August, we will ship your lovely goodies twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. So all orders made on Friday after 11:30 will be send out on the following Tuesday.
If you have any special requests with your shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
All products from www.theyoungsters.se are in stock for immediate delivery, unless they are sold out. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 working days after we have sent your order. And remember that it is your responsibility to make ensure that you have written the right delivery address before the purchase is completed.
For delivery within Sweden, we ship our packages with DHL and Posten. We will send your order to the nearest service point in your area, usually a grocery store or a small kiosk. You will receive a notification via SMS or e-mail, depending on whether you choose to enter your mobile phone number. This is something we strongly recommend you do, since the e-mail might end up with your junk mail.
When the goods are sent from us, you will receive an e-mail with information about how you can track your package (so again, please check your junk mail!). The representative holding your package will keep them for 14 days from the day you receive your notice. If the package is not picked up during that time, it will be returned to us and you will be charged the cost of the return shipping. So make sure to look at the dates carefully!
For larger shipments we will work together with UPS and they will then delivered straight to your door. The shipping company will in these cases contact you to agree a day that suits you best.
We have teamed up with Klarna to make your shopping experience even better! When at the checkout, you can either select Klarna Invoice where you will have up to 14 days to pay or Klarna Part Payment where you will have the possibility to split up your payment in smaller installments. Please note, that this service is currently only available for our Swedish customers.
We are also partnering with POINT for all payment made with Visa and Mastercards. When processing your order, you will automatically be redirected to an externally hosted payment site. Here you will be asked to enter your payment details, with POINT having full responsibility for handling and processing your data. The guarantee for our products varies depending on manufacturer and the specific product. If you invoke the warranty, please contact The Youngsters.
All complaints concerning damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately after receiving delivery. Take photos of the damage and send it to us via e-mail along with your complaint. For questions regarding complaints, you can e-mail us at: email@example.com
When you receive a package from The Youngsters, we ask that you examine if there are any external damage to it. If your package is damaged upon delivery / pick-up, then you have to point this out to the carrier / intermediary and notify us as soon as possible. Within 5 working days from when you received the goods from our carrier, we must have been informed of the damage. Transport companies require us to show images on both the packaging and of the damage of the goods, so please take a photo and attach it to your application.
Returns and Exchanges
We at The Youngsters obviously want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, please contact us immediately. You have 14 days from the moment you receive the product to return it to The Youngsters. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping when you regret a purchase. If the product is faulty, we will of course gladly replace it. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit.
If you do decide to return your purchase, the requirements are that the item will be back in its original condition. Meaning that the product is not used or installed and is returned if possible in it’s original packaging. Of course, you can pick the item out of its box and examine it. We will also need a proof of purchase to return or exchange the product.
Once the product(-s) has returned to The Youngsters we will reimburse you. If you live in Scandinavia it should take up to 7 banking days and if you live anywhere else in the world it can take up to 30 days.

When you shop at www.theyoungsters.se we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing e-mails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless of course, you want to receive our newsletter!
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.
Renting products to stylists
Many of our beautiful products are available to be rented by stylists for photo shoots when crediting The Youngsters. If you are interested, please write us and let us know which magazine or which blog the product is for and when it will be returned.
